The best department store we’ve experienced in a long time. Excellent range of products at competitive prices AND great customer service. Myer and David Jones executives should visit Hannas and see how retail shopping SHOULD BE. We’re very happy to have discovered this store and will never need to put up with Myer and DJ again. Well worth the visit to Toowoomba.

Took my son in for a new pair of jeans and some shoes. Prices were good and we were looked after by 3 staff and all were fantastic. Gave us really good options on jeans and ended up with a pair we would not have looked at Really impressed

Hannas is genuinely one of those rare places where you always walk out satisfied, whether you’re after something really specific or you’re just hoping they’ll magically have the thing you didn’t even know you needed. We use Henna’s for everything: • uniforms for our businesses • kids’ school gear • shoes • curtains …and I have never once had a bad experience. Upstairs in the uniform department, the girls are phenomenal. So accommodating, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable about their brands and what will actually work in real life. We do all our business uniforms through them because it’s just easy. Then you go downstairs to workwear and again, the service is next-level. I even ended up buying my son’s school tracksuit pants from there because they were actually warm, good quality, and Juanita organised the seamstress to take them up on the spot. So helpful. We’ve had the curtain team come to our house to measure up, and then I went in-store to play picky-choosy with the fabrics. No pressure, just support and patience while I made up my mind. But honestly, my favourite department, and the one that gives me the most anxiety before I go, is the shoe section. Every year I have to take my kids in for their Crocs, and walking in with four kids (three of them still little) is no small task. It requires a strong coffee beforehand! But the staff in the shoe department are so calm, so patient, and so good with kids that the whole experience ends up being painless. That kind of customer service is rare. And the prices? Always reasonable. Often below recommended retail. I never feel like I have to hunt for a bargain or wait for a sale. I know I’m getting great value for money. What I love most is that it’s good old-fashioned service. The kind we grew up with, that some people will honestly never experience these days. Even down to the old-school foot measurer for kids’ shoes! Returns and swaps have never been a drama either; they are unbelievably accommodating. Han

Great service, attentive, informed and polite staff. Good selection of reputable brands. We have been Toowoomba residents in the past. Now whenever we are in Toowoomba, a visit to Hanna's is a must. My parents, myself and our children have all benefited from their genuine care for their customers. A rare quality in retail these days.

Absolute first class online buying experience. Took a punt never having heard of Hannas before and blown away by the service. My item (hat) was so beautifully wrapped and boxed so it would arrive without damage. Thank you. The reviews on here are spot on. Hope to visit in store one day.

All I can say is, 100% pure old fashioned service. I sent an email on Monday to enquire if they had an Akubra in stock. I received a phone call straight away from a lovely young man, sorry I have forgotten your name. He informed me that they have the hat and I paid for it over the phone. He said he would send it that day. Well I received it 24 hrs later. This never happens anymore. Well done and thank you so much. ❤️ Fantastic Qld business.
